RCD load is a kind of nonlinear analog load, which can be used to test the power generation unit of data center, UPS and other power supply equipment, to understand the real working ability of the nonlinear load such as computer and network equipment. With the development of digitalization and networking in modern society, rectifying loads such as computers and network devices are widely used. The load composed of rectifier and filter circuit has nonlinear characteristics, and its resistance is not constant. It has higher requirements for the output range and stability of the power supply equipment. Main functions and parameters:

1. The nonlinear load of RCD is composed of resistive load, capacitive load and analog impedance resistor. The impedance of the load can be adjusted by the input analog impedance of an independent circuit. The load power can be nonlinear loaded.
2. The power factor of the load reference is 0.7, and the power factor can be adjusted in the range of 0.2-1 through the free combination of active power and reactive power.
3. The rated voltage and rated power of the load can be customized according to the needs of users.
4. After loading, the voltage, current, active power, reactive power, power, power factor, frequency and other parameters can be measured, and the user can be used to test the peak factor.
5. Through harmonic analysis, the 2~50 harmonic content and total harmonic content of voltage and current can be detected, and the quality of power supply under the condition of nonlinear load can be detected.

7. Through computer software control load, automatic test can be realized, and test data can be displayed, recorded and managed.

9. The load has multiple protection functions, such as overvoltage, overcurrent, overheating, fan abnormal and so on. The load can be automatically unloaded when the load is dangerous. It can also be forced to unload by manual stop switch.
